Prefabricated Modules

B&R have developed a number of a prefabricated solutions over the last several years for a number of projects which have seen a greater need for innovative offsite solutions. B&R's ability to manufacture complex steelwork structures, along with our existing skills in mechanical services and movement of plant have made the addition of offsite module manufacturing to our service offering very easy.

With the aid of software such as NAVISworks and Revit we are also able to be involved from initial design to final handover whilst maintaining control over the entire process at every stage. These offsite manufacturing techniques have been used in particular at our Battersea Powerstation, Imperial College and British Museum projects in which we completed the design, manufacture, delivery, lifting and installation of the modules at all projects.

With the construction industry now looking at further ways to not only increase efficiency through its supply chain and manufacturing, the use of offsite manufacturing also reduces man hours onsite and programme delays. Modules can remove 90% of time onsite, reducing H&S risks and site management time.
