Newfoundland - Canary Wharf

B&R were awarded the shell & core galvanised ductwork package by Briggs & Forrester on Canary Wharf Contractors Newfoundland Project. The project which will be the tallest residential building in Europe when completed, will stand at 220m.

As wells as the duct package B&R were also awarded the plant movement package which consisted of lifting the roof chillers & AHUs, and also the boilers within the basement. The project is expected to run for approximately 1 year and is the first phase of Canary Wharfs new residential developments. The building will comprise 636 apartments, all of which will be solely for the rental market. The Ground, first & second floors will be mixed office/commercial space.
