Dufferin Street

B&R were awarded the ventilation and steelwork packages at Dufferin St in East London. As with many office spaces in the area the industrial theme, with its exposed services and brickwork, was present throughout, and as always puts a greater emphasis on workmanship and final finish which B&R relish.

The ventilation system consisted on flat oval ductwork, along with insulation and an aluminium clad final finish. The metalwork elements consisted of internal staircases and handrails as well as the external fins within the ground floor windows which are a great architectural feature and really make the building stand out. The project is also a showcase of B&R's high quality and aesthetic finishes on two separate work packages and demonstrates the ability of our management and workforce to deliver on two parallel work streams simultaneously and to a very high standard.
