Amazom Prime Distribution Warehouse

B&R have been appointed by Clivert Aircon to carry out the design and installation of the ventilation system at one of Amazons' Prime distribution facilities in East London. The warehouse, which has 20,000 square metres of floor space, has been occupied throughout the installation and as such B&R have had to carefully liaise with Amazon to minimise disruption to their flagship service. 

The system, which has also been designed by B&R, consists of two Clivet Aircon AHUs located in the external plant area each feeding a floor each. Main header ducts on the floors consist on multiple 1200 diameter runs extending approximately 50m each. B&R have had several operational issues to overcome on the project including working within the existing aisles.
